MM-TAC (business ID2677407-1) sells products to adult individuals and companies in Finland and the EU. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs at any time.
Products can be ordered by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents in the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially.
Contact information is not used for any other purpose than the delivery or possible ambiguities in said order. When ordering from us you’re required to be aware of and committed to the valid terms and conditions.
Payment is implemented by Verifone Finland Oy (Business ID 0943819-9). Data and transactions are secured with SSL which means that outsiders can’t see the payment details.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful completion of an order a confirmation will be sent to your email. You will need to provide an email address for confirmation.
Shipping method and shipping costs
You will see shipping costs after selecting payment and delivery method. We ship orders by registered mail (eg. Postal packages) or unregistered mail. We will provide a tracking code for registered mail.
Common delivery times in Finland are 3-4 days depending on your order and the shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or delays caused by direct or indirect damages.
Exchanges and returns
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return the entire order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. Return policy applies only to unused and re-sellable products.
If you want to return or exchange products please contact us via email before returning.
When returning an order attach your name and contact information as well as your bank account number for a full refund. After reviewing products we will perform the payment to your account. Exchanges/returns can’t be sent using cash on delivery.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or products are missing, you will need to contact us at the latest within 14 days from receiving your order. If the package is damaged in the mail, you immediately need to make a claim with the post office.
